Product Manager, Clearing Systems

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, architecture, and lifecycle for core clearing infra across accounts
• Design and evolve multi-currency cash and position systems for multiple asset classes (equities
• Collaborate with engineering to prototype, design, and build scalable clearing services.
• Translate clearing, custody, regulatory, and ops requirements into clear product strategies and
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, controlled, resilient, regulator-ready infra.
• Lead initiatives to modernize processes while maintaining reliability and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in brokerage, clearing, custody, or related market infra.
• 5+ years in Product Management or engineering in brokerage/clearing domain.
• Expertise in at least one major clearing area (settlement, books & records, margin, etc.).
• Strong ability to translate complex regulatory/financial needs into scalable architectures.
• Experience in regulated broker-dealer environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven leadership of senior teams and cross-functional influence.
