Product Manager, Clearing Systems

📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, architecture, and lifecycle for core clearing infrastructure across
• Design and evolve multi-currency cash and position systems for equities, FX, fractional shares
• Partner with engineering teams to prototype, design, and build scalable clearing services, reducing
• Translate clearing, custody, regulatory, and operational requirements into product strategies
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, finance, treasury, compliance, legal, risk, and product
• Develop systems and processes for accurate reconciliation, settlement, asset movement, custody

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in brokerage, clearing, custody, prime brokerage, trading infrastructure, capital markets
• 5+ years in Product Management, technical program management, or engineering focused on brokerage
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one major clearing domain (settlement, books and records
• Strong technical depth; able to work with engineers to translate complex financial/regulatory
• Experience in regulated broker-dealer environments; collaboration with Compliance, Legal
