🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or Design/HCI.
Experience building fintech compliance/KYC features and flows.
Familiar with onboarding/KYC flows of crypto exchanges and fintech apps.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
Experience in a data-driven environment and KPI-driven work.
