Product Manager, Customs House Brokerage

📋 Description

• Own CHB end to end: classification, entry creation, ABI/ACE filing, PGA handling, and tariff stack.
• Define problems, ship solutions, and measure outcomes with a focus on zero human touch in borders
• Collaborate with engineering in Bet/Shape/Build/Validate pod to ship prototypes quickly.
• Build AI-native product: use AI to frame problems, prototype, and test with stakeholders.
• Automate workflows to reduce manual touches and defects in the product.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep customs brokerage knowledge: HTS classification, 7501, ISF, ABI/ACE, PGA, post-entry work.
• Technical fluency: data movement, ingestion, APIs, schemas, debugging and requirement writing.
• Product craft: end-to-end ownership, discovery, ruthless prioritization, clear criteria, repeatable
• US broker license or field-earned equivalent is a strong plus.
