Product Manager, Data Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for data orchestration, from user needs to release.
• Define data-aware orchestration with lineage, freshness, quality, and dependencies.
• Expand integrations across the modern data stack (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery
• Provide migration paths and docs for teams moving from Airflow and other platforms.
• Partner with leadership to scope features for regular releases balancing value and feasibility.
• Coordinate progress and ensure features are tested, documented, and release-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, startup-minded product management in low-process environments.
• Strong data ecosystem knowledge; experience with data pipelines and tools (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, Kestra) and
• Clear written and verbal communication for specs and docs.
• Ownership mindset; ability to decide quickly and drive initiatives.
• Familiarity with open-source development and contributing to public repos/communities.
