Product Manager, Data Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own the product lifecycle for data orchestration from discovery to release.
• Define data-aware orchestration capabilities like data lineage and quality.
• Expand integrations with dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Kafka.
• Provide migration paths from Airflow and other platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope features and balance value and feasibility.
• Coordinate progress, ensure quality, testing, and release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, startup-minded PM with minimal process environment.
• Strong data ecosystem knowledge and experience with data pipelines.
• Experience with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for specs and docs.
• Ownership mindset, quick iteration, proactive initiatives.
• Familiarity with open-source communities and public discussions.
