Product Manager, Data Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for data orchestration from needs to release.
• Define and advance data-aware orchestration with lineage, freshness, quality, and dependencies.
• Expand integrations across the modern data stack (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery
• Develop migration paths and docs for teams moving from Airflow and other platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape features for regular releases balancing value and feasibility.
• Coordinate progress, deliver high-quality, well-tested features ready for release.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, startup-minded product management in minimal-structure environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of data pipelines and hands-on with dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake
• Experience with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra, with scheduling/backfills/dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for specs and documentation.
• Ownership mindset, ability to iterate quickly and drive initiatives.
• Familiarity with open-source development and contributing to public repos.
