Product Manager, Data Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for data orchestration, from understanding customer needs through
• Define data-aware orchestration capabilities with data lineage, freshness, quality, and dataset
• Expand integrations across the modern data stack with dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery
• Develop migration paths, product experiences, and docs for teams moving from Airflow and other
• Partner with leadership to scope features for regular releases balancing value, feasibility, and
• Coordinate progress, ensure features are well-tested, documented, and ready for release.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, startup-minded product management in minimal-process environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of data ecosystem; experience building/managing data pipelines
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms like Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce specs, justify decisions, and create
• Ownership mentality; ability to iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and drive initiatives
• Familiarity with open-source development and contributing to public repositories/communities.
