Product Manager, Data Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own full product lifecycle for data orchestration from needs to release.
• Define data-aware orchestration with lineage, freshness, quality.
• Expand integrations with dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Kafka.
• Develop migration paths and docs for teams moving from Airflow.
• Partner with leadership to scope features for regular releases.
• Coordinate progress, ensure features tested and ready for release.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, startup-minded PM in a minimal-process env.
• Strong knowledge of data ecosystem; experience with data pipelines and tools (dbt, Fivetran
• Experience with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra; scheduling, backfills, retries, dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; produce clear specs and docs.
• Ownership mentality; iterate quickly and drive initiatives.
• Open-source familiarity, contributing to public repos/communities.
