Product Manager, Data Orchestration

📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle for data orchestration from user needs to release.
• Define data-aware orchestration capabilities including data lineage, freshness, quality, and
• Expand integrations across the modern data stack with dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, Snowflake, BigQuery
• Develop migration paths and docs for teams moving from Airflow and other platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope features for regular releases balancing value, feasibility
• Coordinate progress; ensure features are well-tested, documented, and ready for release.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, startup-minded product management in minimal process environments.
• Strong data ecosystem knowledge; experience with data pipelines and tools (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte
• Experience with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Kestra and understanding of scheduling and data
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical specs and documentation.
• Ownership mindset; ability to iterate and drive initiatives forward.
• Comfort with open-source development and contributing to or discussing in public repos.
