Product Manager, Developer Experience (SDK)

📋 Description

• Champion for developers building on Ping’s IAM platform.
• Bridge identity architecture and developer experience across web and mobile.
• Drive adoption of Ping’s Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Shape time-to-first-integration with fast, frictionless experiences.
• Work with engineering, PM, docs, and developer relations to improve DX and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical fluency with experience building software and APIs for developers.
• Identity domain knowledge: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and WebAuthn/FIDO.
• Strong empathy for developers and focus on API ergonomics and docs.
• Experience with AI-native development tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent communication; ability to translate architecture to product requirements.
• Strategic execution of a roadmap with agile backlog management.
