Remote or hybrid role with travel to offices/customer sites on request
Role accountable for delivery, research, and planning of diabetic eye screening product
Report to Head of Product; partner with Business Unit Directors
Own strategy, roadmaps, and market/competitor research
Lead go-to-market for new products/features
End-to-end product lifecycle ownership

Outstanding communication and influence skills
Self-starter, autonomous, customer-obsessed
Experience with agile, scaled agile, and waterfall
Healthcare sector familiarity
Familiarity with PM tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!
Proven SaaS product management
