Product Manager - Diabetic Eye Screening

📋 Description

• Remote or hybrid role; travel to offices/customer sites when requested.
• Accountable for hands-on delivery and strategic research/planning of diabetic eye screening
• Own strategic north star, roadmaps, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.
• End-to-end product ownership balancing health, delivery, and value narratives.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and gather data to measure outcomes with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, clinical, and tech teams on user journeys and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• No mandatory degrees; relevant certifications advantageous.
• Experience in product management with SaaS/healthcare context preferred.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and time management.
• Familiarity with product tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Aha!).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product backlog.
• Knowledge of agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery methods.
