Product Manager, Diagnostics - Global Services

📋 Description

• Define strategy and roadmap for diagnostic tech used to service Intuitive products
• Collaborate with Field Service, Technical Support, product teams to inform service tech roadmaps
• Develop proposals, business cases, and technical requirements for diagnostic tools
• Partner with engineers and designers to drive solution design decisions
• Build and track short/medium/long-term goals aligned to corporate objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years related experience with a Bachelor's; or 3 years with Master’s; or PhD without experience
• Technical experience with medical device diagnostics or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Intuitive products and service tech
• Experience with product management, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent
• Proven ability building business cases with qualitative/quantitative data
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams
