Product Manager / Director, Structured Products

📋 Description

• Lead the design of structured products (principal-protected, yield strategies, and custom payoffs).
• Develop short- and medium-term roadmaps considering market, lifecycle, competition, and resources.
• Drive growth through data-driven thinking to increase AUM and user growth.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle; coordinate with devs, designers, quants, risk, marketing, and ops.
• Manage user life-cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) and enhance the user journey for structured products.
• Monitor crypto structured product market trends; translate insights into actionable product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Keen interest in blockchain and finance; solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance concepts.
• 3+ years product management experience; bachelor’s degree or above; math/econ/quant preferred.
• Strong product design and project management, with data analysis and growth strategies.
• Rigorous logical thinking, strong teamwork, and excellent communication; cross-department coordination.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude towards users and the team.
• Excellent English; cross-timezone work; CFA/FRM or equivalent a plus.
