Product Manager / Director, Structured Products

📋 Description

• Lead planning and design of structured products, including principal-protected options.
• Develop short- and mid-term product roadmaps considering market and resources.
• Oversee project progress with developers, designers, quants, risk, marketing, and ops.
• Use data-driven thinking to grow AUM and user growth; plan growth strategies.
• Manage user life-cycle (acquisition, retention, conversion) across products.
• Monitor crypto market trends and translate insights into product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Keen interest in blockchain and finance; solid understanding of derivatives and structured finance.
• 3+ years of product management experience with a bachelor’s degree or above; quantitative fields preferred.
• Strong product design and PM skills; identify user needs through data analysis.
• Rigorous logical thinking, teamwork, and communication; able to orchestrate cross-department resources.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude toward users and the team.
• Excellent English communication; able to work in a global, cross-timezone environment.
