📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product evolution and translate objectives into priorities and plans.
• Collaborate across Product, UX, Technology, Data, and AI teams to align goals.
• Balance roadmap, backlog, dependencies, risks, and key decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate strategy into problems, hypotheses, initiatives, and executable plans.
• Provide executive visibility into progress, risks, and decisions needing attention.
• Drive decisions through data, user insights, and stakeholder feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Product Lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead products involving multiple squads and stakeholders.
• Experience in digital/technology environments.
• Backlog management, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery planning expertise.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
