Product Manager Flashbid / Dynamic Yield

📋 Description

• Own the wrapper roadmap end-to-end incl integration and maintenance.
• Monitor and optimize auction latency, reliability, and performance.
• Manage publisher demand connections across GAM and RTB and non-OpenRTB.
• Own bidder configuration, activation, monitoring, and whitelisting.
• Lead ad-quality protection to block malicious or undesirable ads.
• Own yield-management strategies including floor prices, throttling, and bid enrichment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM in programmatic ads, header bidding, SSPs.
• Deep knowledge of RTB/OpenRTB, GAM, server-to-server vs client-side bidding.
• Proven ability to optimize yield via floor prices and throttling.
• Strong metrics: RPM, fill rate, win rate, latency, revenue efficiency.
• Familiarity with ads.txt, SCHAIN, and TCF/GPP consent frameworks.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
