📋 Description

• Own end-to-end buy-side auction stack and wrapper
• Shape roadmap for auction performance and yield optimization
• Lead demand integrations and bidder management
• Drive AI-driven optimization to improve economics
• Ensure supply-chain integrity and consent compliance
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Privacy, Analytics teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management in programmatic ads or yield platforms
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising and auction tech
• Proven yield lever optimization experience
• Strong metrics: RPM, fill/win rate, latency, revenue efficiency
• Familiarity with ads.txt, SCHAIN, TCF, GPP; consent frameworks
• Analytical with A/B testing and data-driven decisions
