Product Manager, Fund Administration

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for Chronograph’s Fund Administration platform
• Transform manual processes into an automated, agent-driven data extraction pipeline
• Design routing, classification, and reconciliation logic for documents
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and leadership to drive the transformation
• Track throughput and accuracy to tie efficiencies to business goals
• Lead a team and foster a high-performance, collaborative environment

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product management with a track record of platform transformation
• Deep Fund Administration domain experience: ingestion, tagging, mapping, and reconciliation of
• Proven overhaul of manual back-office operations into automated pipelines
• Semi-technical product judgment: set accuracy thresholds and write implementable logic for engineers
• Ability to own a transformation agenda and work with domain experts
• Comfort with private capital markets and data exchange between GPs and LPs
