Product Manager, Growth

📋 Description

• Own Growth experimentation pipeline from ideation to analysis.
• Lead 10–20 growth experiments per quarter on activation/onboarding/retention.
• Develop hypotheses from customer behavior and business metrics.
• Define success metrics and evaluate results with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Partner with embedded data analyst to uncover insights and validate ideas.
• Translate learnings into product decisions and future roadmap; collaborate with Eng/Design/Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• SaaS product management experience.
• Experience running multiple A/B tests end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Define success metrics; interpret results; data-backed decisions.
• Excellent communication; collaborate with Eng, Design, Marketing, Analytics.
• Remote work experience with distributed teams; high ownership.
