Product Manager (Identity & Access Management)

📋 Description

• Represent the user. Develop a deep understanding of identity needs across Lovable-built apps and
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity, balancing
• Define standards-based primitives for users, organizations, agents, roles, permissions, policies
• Shape a smooth identity experience for builders and end users of Lovable apps.
• Partner with engineering to balance individual and enterprise needs while preserving simplicity.
• Define how AI agents and other non-human identities authenticate and operate on behalf of users.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience owning technically complex products across identity, authentication
• A track record of setting product direction in ambiguous spaces and shipping products.
• Strong knowledge of modern identity systems and open standards: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM
• Technical fluency; ability to engage with engineers on architecture, APIs, data models, security
• Strong product sense and systems thinking; prioritize across authentication, authorization, and
• Exceptional communication and judgment; navigate tradeoffs and guide teams to informed decisions.
