Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech
Interview stakeholders and translate needs into clear requirements
Audit existing products and workflows for retention/redesign
Create PRDs, user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria
Lead delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules
Coordinate with Design and AI-assisted Dev teams to maintain backlog and delivery

🎯 Requirements

3+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or enterprise software
Strong PRD/story/flow creation and product specifications
Experience with B2B/admin interfaces and complex workflows
Hands-on with Figma; agile tools like Jira/Linear
UAT, feature testing, validation, and sign-offs
RBAC, permissions, data structures; strong stakeholder management
