Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech products.
• Interview stakeholders; translate needs into clear requirements and solutions.
• Audit existing products/workflows; decide retention vs redesign.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with Design and AI-assisted Dev teams on ready-to-build work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM experience, ideally in B2B SaaS/HR Tech/enterprise software.
• Strong PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, specs.
• Good understanding of complex workflows, permissions, data-dense UIs.
• Hands-on with Figma; participate in product/design reviews.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira/Linear or similar).
• UAT, feature testing, validation, sign-offs.
