Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech
Interview stakeholders and translate needs into requirements
Audit existing products and workflows for redesign or removal
Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, criteria, specs
Deliver core HRIS modules (Core HR, Time Off)
Collaborate with Design and AI-assisted Dev teams

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR tech or similar
Experience creating PRDs, stories, flows, criteria, specs
Strong sense for B2B/admin interfaces
Understanding of complex workflows, permissions, data-heavy UI
Hands-on with Figma; participate in reviews
Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
