Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech.
• Interview stakeholders; translate needs into clear requirements.
• Audit existing products/workflows; decide retention/redesign/removal.
• Create/maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria.
• Own delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with Design and AI-assisted Dev teams on ready-to-build work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or similar.
• Experience creating PRDs, user stories, flows, criteria, specs.
• Strong product sense; experience with B2B/admin interfaces.
• Knowledge of complex workflows, data-dense tables, permissions, RBAC.
• Hands-on with Figma; participate in product/design reviews.
• Experience with Jira/Linear or similar; Agile product dev.
