Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR
• Conduct stakeholder interviews; translate needs into clear product requirements.
• Audit existing products/workflows to decide retention or redesign.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, specs.
• Lead delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with Design and AI-assisted Development; maintain ready-to-build requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR Tech/enterprise software.
• Strong experience creating PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, specs.
• Strong product sense for B2B/admin interfaces; cloud-scale workflows.
• Understanding of complex workflows, permissions, bulk actions, RBAC.
• Hands-on with Figma; participate in product/design reviews.
• Experience in Agile with Jira/Linear or similar tools.
