Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap for internal HR tech products.
• Interview stakeholders, translate needs into requirements and solutions.
• Audit existing products/workflows to retain/redesign/remove.
• Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, criteria, specs.
• Own delivery of Core HR and Time Off modules.
• Collaborate with Design and AI teams for ready-to-build requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or enterprise software.
• Strong in PRDs, stories, flows, acceptance criteria, specs.
• Good in B2B/admin interfaces; complex workflows and RBAC.
• Hands-on with Figma; participate in design reviews.
• Agile env with Jira/Linear; UAT and sign-offs.
• Systems-thinking; RBAC and data structures expertise.
