Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech)

📋 Description

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for internal HR tech products
• Translate business/user needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Audit existing workflows to determine redesign or retention needs.
• Maintain PRDs, user stories, flows, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Lead backlog, sprint planning, and ensure timely decisions for delivery.
• Coordinate launches including SSO, Slack integrations, data migration, and RBAC testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Product Manager in B2B SaaS/HR Tech or complex enterprise products.
• Strong experience creating PRDs, user stories, flows, and specs.
• Experience with designing/reviewing B2B/admin interfaces and complex workflows.
• Hands-on with Figma; able to participate in product/design reviews.
• Experience with Agile (Jira/Linear or similar) and UAT/feature validation.
• Good systems thinking; knowledge of RBAC, permissions, data structures; strong communication.
