Product Manager – KYC / Compliance / Risk

📋 Description

• Own and improve KYC/KYB onboarding and verification flows.
• Design and optimize CDD/EDD, risk tiering, verification rules, retry flows, and review processes.
• Analyze funnel performance, approval rates, and vendor performance to identify improvements.
• Balance conversion, verification accuracy, fraud exposure, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring into product requirements and system rules.
• Support AML/sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, and audit trails.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management, preferably fintech/payments/crypto.
• Hands-on with KYC/KYB, AML/sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or case-management
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML concepts and risk-based approaches.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured product flows and rules.
• Analytical mindset using data to diagnose product problems.
• Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto/digital assets or cross-border payments.
• Regulatory familiarity (e.g., BSP/AML regulators).
• Experience with KYC vendors (Sumsub, Jumio, Onfido, Persona).
• Experience with blockchain analytics (Elliptic, Chainalysis, TRM Labs).
• Knowledge of fraud typologies and internal compliance tools.
