📋 Description

• Own Lending strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
• Expand product into new use cases and member experiences.
• Deliver innovative, responsible lending products.
• Drive decisions across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Ops, Legal, Compliance, Marketing
• Make high-conviction prioritization decisions with clear vision and impact.
• Use insights and data to improve member experience while growing profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading consumer product strategy for high-impact digital products.
• Proven track record owning complex product areas with measurable outcomes (growth, monetization
• Experience building or managing lending, credit, or financial products.
• Experience making strategic decisions in cross-functional environments with Engineering, Analytics
• Strong product intuition backed by data; ability to prioritize and trade off effectively.
• Experience building products that simplify complex problems and deliver great UX.
