📋 Description

• Lead expansion of Mobile Check-In to new segments and reservations
• Collaborate with design/engineering for frictionless interfaces
• Configure country-specific requirements (DVLA UK, US fees, etc.)
• Align with stakeholders across ops, finance, risk, customer experience
• Define and monitor KPIs: digital checkout quota, funnel conversion, SES

🎯 Requirements

• Product experience with checkout flows, payments, or mobile-first UX
• Strong UI/UX judgment; collaborate with designers to optimize funnels
• Mobile expertise in apps or self-serve flows
• Stakeholder management; translate tech concepts for non-tech teams
• Data-driven mindset; use metrics and A/B testing to guide decisions
