📋 Description

• Own risk related to multimodal models (audio, image, video) deployments.
• Define safety-focused product roadmaps and metrics for deployment safety and user experience.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, policy experts, and cross-functional partners.
• Develop scalable frameworks to evaluate and improve safety outcomes at scale.
• Embed AI safety research into OpenAI’s models and product offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or related roles with AI safety, trust & safety, or related
• Strong interdisciplinary curiosity (HCI, psychology, philosophy) and adversarial thinking.
• Proven ability to drive consensus in ambiguous spaces and collaborate across functions.
• Ability to question assumptions and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Track record in delivering safety-focused product roadmaps and metrics.
