📋 Description

• Drive the innovation pipeline and manage product lifecycle for portfolio (VHG, ARMI MBH, Paragon
• Develop and execute an innovation strategy to deliver revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product profiles and launch readiness.
• Define launch plans with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations.
• Monitor profitability, competitiveness, and lifecycle optimization or exit decisions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Pricing for lead times, capacity, and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in science-based discipline; MBA is a plus.
• Strong market knowledge of Industrial and Metals Standards.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Marketing or Sales (Life Sciences tools or Analytical Chemistry
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficient in strategic planning, market research, and value proposition positioning.
