Product Manager, Observability

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for Vercel's observability products (Runtime Logs, OpenTelemetry tracing
• Collaborate with engineering and design to help customers debug what they run on Vercel.
• Manage pricing and packaging with Finance and GTM for metered observability products.
• Define launch narratives, changelogs, and docs direction with PMM.
• Partner with Enterprise customers and Sales on observability needs impacting adoption.
• Own metrics to measure success and drive the team to meet them.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in developer/infrastructure or data-heavy products.
• Experience shipping technically credible products; able to read traces, cardinality, sampling, and
• Comfort owning a domain end-to-end with minimal PM-level translation.
• Strong data fluency; write your own queries and interpret usage questions without delay.
