📋 Description

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap for a new product experience, from concept through launch.
• Connect stays, experiences, payments, trust, and support into one journey.
• Make prioritization calls balancing guests, hosts, and the business.
• Partner with brand/marketing to shape product messaging.
• Bring together cross-functional teams around a shared plan and launch in stages.
• Stay close to guests/hosts using research, data, and market signals to sharpen strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer products.
• Track record owning ambitious cross-functional work end to end.
• Comfort building new areas with undefined paths and impactful decisions.
• Strong judgment on trade-offs and prioritization when goals compete.
• Brand storytelling and an eye for experiences that feel special.
• Comfort addressing trust, privacy, and policy questions at scale.
