Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payments strategy and execution for card-present and card-not-present hospitality
• Define how payment media (chip, contactless, wallets, tokens) are presented and accepted; set
• Translate complex flows into simple merchant experiences (refunds, tips, adjustments, offline
• Monitor payment performance (authorization, latency, chargebacks) and drive data-driven
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, security, and GTM to ensure PCI DSS adherence and differentiated
• Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners for new capabilities and cost

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, with at least 3 years in payments/fintech.
• Demonstrated product leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments, including authorization, capture
• Familiarity with merchant processing economics and how settlement/remittance work.
• Experience with payment processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks in platform/multi-tenant
• Strong analytical skills; experience with dashboards and KPIs to guide prioritization.
