• API-first payments products with reliability and reconciliation
• Crisp specs and drive cross-functional tradeoffs across product/engineering/ops/compliance
• DRI for a product line: adoption, volume, reliability, unit economics
• Data-driven with post-mortems; iterate quickly
• Uncover real customer pain; show how reconciliation currently works
• Experience with local rails (ACH/Wire/SEPA) and virtual accounts
