Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for payments across card-present and card-not-present
• Define how each payment media type is presented and accepted, and set metrics for acceptance health.
• Translate complex payment flows into simple experiences for merchants and staff (refunds, tips
• Monitor payment performance metrics (authorization rates, latency, reconciliation) and drive
• Partner with risk, compliance, and security to ensure PCI DSS adherence and with GTM to package
• Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners to evaluate new capabilities and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, with at least 3 years focused on payments, fintech, or related
• Demonstrated product leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments, authorization, capture
• Familiarity with merchant processing economics (interchange, scheme fees) and settlement/remittance.
• Experience with payment processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks in a platform or
