Product Manager - Payments

📋 Description

• Own and evolve payment rails across methods and regions
• Lead partner integrations with payment processors, acquirers, and banking partners
• Drive continuous improvement of authorization rates, settlement speed, and conversions
• Collaborate with fraud and compliance teams to ensure payment flows meet security, regulatory, and operational standards
• Drive UX enhancements through structured experimentation and customer insights
• Ensure payment capabilities are scalable and adaptable across our consumer app, pro trading app, and external interfaces such as on/off-ramps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
• Deep domain expertise in payment systems and rails, including bank transfers, card networks, and/or alternative payment methods
• Experience in EU markets
• Experience working on backend systems (e.g. payment orchestration, API integrations) and user-facing features
• Collaborative across engineering, design, fraud, compliance, and operations
• Comfortable working with data to define and measure product impact
