Product Manager (Payments)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for payments across card-present and card-not-present
• Define how each payment media type is presented and accepted (chip, contactless, wallets, tokens).
• Translate complex payment flows into simple merchant experiences (refunds, tips, adjustments).
• Monitor key metrics: authorization, latency, reconciliation; drive improvement via data-driven
• Partner with risk/compliance/security and GTM to meet PCI DSS and network requirements.
• Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners for new capabilities and cost

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in payments/fintech.
• Demonstrated product leadership, ability to influence senior stakeholders and rally teams.
• Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments, settlement, and risk flows.
• Experience with payment processors, gateways, or card networks in a platform/multi-tenant context.
• Strong analytical skills with large payment datasets, dashboards, KPIs, and prioritization.
• Excellent communication; customer-centric with experience in discovery and merchant feedback.
