Product Manager - Percona Monitoring and Management (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own PMM product strategy and roadmap aligned with Percona vision
• Work with customers and community to identify opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Translate customer problems into clear product requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and CS
• Prioritize features and trade-offs based on value and effort

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success managing technical products (developer tools, infra, observability)
• Experience shipping software from idea to release
• Strong technical understanding of infra, databases, cloud-native, observability
• Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS
• Strong customer empathy translating problems into value
• Fluent in English; willing to travel occasionally
