📋 Description

• Work with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and regulatory changes.
• Define target state for processes and products balancing UX, efficiency, value, and compliance.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from concept to implementation with designers and engineers.
• Translate use cases into PRDs and define functional requirements including UI and data rules.
• Measure KPI impact and continuously improve products and processes.
• Secondment to PayPay Bank for project work after joining PayPay.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as Product Manager or Systems Planning Manager.
• Experience analyzing business processes and translating to clear requirements.
• Technical ability to read APIs and documentation and convert to detailed requirements.
• Native or business-level Japanese; willingness to communicate in English using translation tools.
• Background in web services, mobile apps, or enterprise systems.
