3-6+ years in senior product management owning trading/execution product
Deep understanding of derivatives trading: perps, futures, margin, leverage, order types
Experience building for professional traders with high expectations
Track record shipping complex features end-to-end with high quality
Ability to write detailed PRDs for engineers to act on
Technical fluency: read API docs, data contracts, architectural tradeoffs
