📋 Description

• Own revenue cycle product across markets: Australia, UK, and US
• Work on-site at health systems; observe coders in queues; prototype
• Make ROI models and proof points for deployments
• Own coding accuracy as a product metric; define measurement; ship fixes
• Sit with clinicians upstream to shape CDI prompts and prompts
• Navigate AI resistance across coding, IT, and procurement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years shipping product in healthcare
• Fluency in revenue cycle: ICD-10, DRG, HCC, E&M levelling
• ROI-first thinking; build the health system business case
• Passion for AI; hands-on building or prototyping
• Fluency with core LLM concepts: prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation
• Data fluency with diagnostic data; read accuracy reports and specify changes
