📋 Description

• Define and drive the long-term vision for Airbnb search, incl. AI ideas.
• Own end-to-end search experience from intent to results.
• Collaborate with engineering, ML, data science to ship AI search.
• Use experiments to prove impact on relevance and satisfaction.
• Translate problems into clear product requirements and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in consumer product management, end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in search, discovery, ranking, or recommender systems.
• Strong interest in applying AI/ML (LLMs, semantic, conversational) to products.
• Business-minded with data/research to drive strategy.
• Ability to work with ML/data teams and trade-offs of models.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
