Product Manager (Senior/Staff-level)

📋 Description

• Own the growth strategy and roadmap for a core product area, covering acquisition, activation
• Partner closely with core Product Managers and Engineering teams to identify high-impact growth
• Design growth mechanisms directly into the product, including discovery-led acquisition loops and
• Identify and prioritize initiatives based on measurable business and user outcomes, focusing teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams to expose and leverage the product capabilities, infrastructure
• Rally cross-functional teams around clear objectives and help them accelerate progress through

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with meaningful exposure to growth, product-led
• Demonstrated experience applying AI meaningfully within a product, workflow, or team—not simply
• Strong understanding of growth principles and the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Experience taking products, features, or initiatives from 0→1 and delivering meaningful outcomes in
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage credibly with engineers on architecture, product
• Highly outcome-oriented, with the ability to define the right metrics, establish measurable goals
