Product Manager, SP Core Instruments and Accessories

📋 Description

• Lead development of SP core I&A surgical products from concept to launch
• Partner with Engineering and Product Design; coordinate with Marketing and Sales for pricing and
• Own in-country product performance and monitor adoption, utilization, and customer experience
• Drive SI/OP contributions for forecasting, SKU planning, and launch ramp support
• Ensure product quality and supply continuity with cross-functional teams
• Translate field insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
• 4+ years in medical device role; 6+ years in product management, marketing, engineering, or related
• Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customers
• Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative skills
• Experience with minimally invasive surgery preferred
