Product Manager, Stablecoin & Digital Assets

📋 Description

• Own the stablecoin roadmap: rails to build, coins to support, and treasury integration
• Build robust infra that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost
• Drive full product lifecycle from ideation through launch with cross-functional teams
• Enable cross-border stablecoin payments across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and more
• Design seamless on/off-ramp flows that feel like traditional banking
• Ensure interoperability with fiat rails (ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX)

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product mgmt in stablecoin, crypto, or fintech on blockchain rails
• Deep stablecoin expertise: issuance, reserves, on-chain settlement, treasury flows
• Strong fiat rails knowledge: ACH, wires, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI
• Blockchain infra literacy: EVM, Solana, Layer 2, wallets, custody
• Regulatory fluency: AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, US licensing
• Analytical rigor: SQL, dashboards, data-driven business cases
• Exceptional communication: write strategy memos and product specs
