Product Manager, Stablecoin & Digital Assets

📋 Description

• Own the stablecoin roadmap: rails to build on and how they integrate into payments and treasury
• Build institutional-grade infra that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch with cross-functional teams
• Build cross-border products to send/receive/hold stablecoins with fiat across major corridors
• Design seamless on/off-ramp flows that feel like traditional banking
• Facilitate fiat-rail interoperability with major rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI)

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM in stablecoin infra, crypto exchange, or fintech on blockchain rails
• Deep stablecoin expertise: issuance, redemption, reserves, on-chain settlement
• Strong fiat-rails knowledge: ACH, wires, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX; reconciliation
• Blockchain infra literacy: EVM, Solana, L2s; wallet architecture, key management, custody
• Regulatory fluency: AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, US licensing; jurisdiction variance
• Analytical rigor: SQL, dashboards, data-driven business cases
